Madison Morris, a licensed real estate agent in Texas & Colorado, with 10 plus years of business consulting and marketing experience. She has been an integral part of the MODUS Real Estate team for the past three years and has quickly established herself as a trusted advisor and top performer in the industry.

As MODUS expands into new markets, Madison is a Managing Partner & Co-Owner of MODUS Austin alongside her business partners Lawrence Pritchett and Phillip Chang, and continues to partner with Matt Meldrum in Denver. Our MODUS Operandi (M.O.) is taking service to the next level and reinventing what a real estate brokerage means to our clients & agents. 

In addition to her work at MODUS Real Estate, Madison is also the co-founder of Denver Locals Group with Matt Meldrum, a successful real estate and lifestyle brand that highlights the unique perspective and insider knowledge of Denver's most popular neighborhoods. Together with her Austin business partners, Madison is now expanding the Locals Group brand to the dynamic and fast-growing Austin, Texas market with their incredible team.
